SMS (Text Message) Communications – Optional Enrollment

1. Voluntary Opt-In
   By ticking the optional “Send me SMS updates” checkbox at checkout, you consent to receive transactional text messages from JoinLinks related to your event tickets—for example, purchase confirmations, event reminders, schedule changes, or cancellations. Opt-in is not required to complete a purchase.

2. Message Frequency & Cost

   • You will receive no more than three (3) messages per event.

   • Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

   • JoinLinks does not charge you for these messages.

3. Opt-Out & Help

   • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

   • For assistance, reply HELP or email support@joinlinks.co.

   • After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your request.

4. Service Provider
   SMS delivery is powered by Twilio, Inc., which processes your phone number solely for the purposes described above.

5. Data Use & Privacy

   • We securely store your phone number and opt-in status and do not sell or rent this data.

   • Your information is used only to deliver the requested SMS updates and to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

6. Eligibility
   SMS notifications are available to mobile subscribers on carriers within the United States and Canada. Service availability is subject to carrier coverage.

7. Program Changes
   We may modify or terminate our SMS program at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where required, via SMS or email before they take effect.
